It\u2019s important that New Year\u2019s resolutions are reasonable and \nattainable, and that they improve your overall quality of life\u2014for \nexample, did you know that flossing every day is the very best way to \nprevent periodontal, or gum disease during your orthodontic treatment?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using a straw when drinking sugary beverages can also help prevent \ncavities while you\u2019re wearing braces. There are many small steps that \nyou can take to prevent cavities, oral infections and bad breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
